It’s a court filing from the defense that says the bullet can’t be 100% matched to the rifle and that the ATF couldn’t do it. That’s because the bullet fragmented after impacted.

So I did 30 seconds of research on this
“ The defense stated that they believe that the ATF reports included in the discovery show “that the ATF was unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson,” which could be essential to which witnesses they call. However, they also state they have not yet received these case files.”

ETA: bullets are known to be damaged beyond the scope of matching grooves and lands to a specific firearm

I was waiting for this to be posted.
For one, it verifies he was shot, two just because that round doesn’t match doesn’t mean it didn’t come from the weapon. Tyler Robinson is still in jail because multiple things incriminate him and show he was the shooter. It also rules out all the stupid conspiracy theories.
