My thing with threads like this is that you can rest assured that everyone who was expressing outrage at the idea of Joe Kent testifying in this trial (potentially) to the idea that the shooter didn't act alone are the same frickin people that are in here now shitting on this thread and hoping everyone just falls in line to the "official narrative" we have been fed.
I'm not claiming they're all shills, but I promise you there is indeed a hard shilling effort dedicated to this topic.
It's sad because we are watching people knuckle under to the official narrative on something like a political assassination no questions asked while at the same time spending the rest of our time on this board explaining exactly why official sources are frickin corrupt, lying, scumbags.
The collective IQ of our countrymen is super frickin low. Literal sheep.

It’s a court filing from the defense that says the bullet can’t be 100% matched to the rifle and that the ATF couldn’t do it. That’s because the bullet fragmented after impacted.
You've also got the head of counter intelligence willing to testify that the transformer wasn't the only shooter on the scene.
The defense's job is to cast reasonable doubt on the prosecutions case. If the prosecutions case is as iron clad as you people seem to think it is, then this shouldn't be a problem Nor should there be a problem with Kent testifying as to what he may or may not know about what happened that day.
We want to get to the truth. Not fall in line for political expediency sake.

Completely and utterly misleading garbage.
The bullet is "unable to be identified" because it fricking fragmented into a bunch of pieces, dipshit, and when that happens they don't do some magic "CSI: Las Vegas" animation where they manage to reassemble the bullet and perfectly align the lands and grooves to match a barrel.
None of that is real. That is now how science works.
Watch all the retards go wild. I bet Candace and Ian buy a new car off this.

Then if all of that is the case and all well and good, it won't matter, will it? The courts and experts they're sure to bring in will put the matter to bed, right?
Presumably that's the way our courts system works.
There is no need to call people who hope to see everything laid bare in a court of law "retards" on this matter. You saw the same sort of underhanded arguments in the Kent to Testify thread. Irrational insults and the like based on the idea of people NOT wanting truth to out.
As I was saying, there is this sort of herd like mentality that you people are falling victim to. You yourself are doing it in real time.

The Daily Mail's headline is absolutely false & if I were a betting man it is being done on purpose to influence the case

Bull frickin shite. I am looking at this from the standpoint of more information is always better than less, especially in court. The underpinnings of our judicial system hinges on this idea.
I'm glad to see that the defense filed this. When taken in conjunction with Kent saying he wants to testify to the idea that there were multiple shooters, this is a matter that needs sussing in the court room - your personal feelings on the implications or the identity of the alleged shooter aside.
I mean, we can go into the weeds on this shite yet again, but at the end of the day what I can tell you is that there is a whole frickin lot of shady shite surrounding the Kirk assassination and this stuff all needs to be aired out in court. All of it.
In fact, I almost wonder if this isn't exactly the real reason Joe Kent resigned his post. So he can testify to this stuff. That shooter didn't act alone.

And again, to the point. If this is a nonsensical claim filed by the defense, it won't matter and all of this arguing is for naught anyways and there is still no need to get all pissy and insulting because people feel differently than you do about it.
You aren't letting the process play out. You are jumping to conclusions. And so are the 20 people who downvoted the OP. You are trying to argue for the removal of due process and you likely don't even realize it.

Again…Daily Mail or no Daily Mail, I’ll never be convinced that the stupid little tranny kid Tyler did this just all by himself. I’ve yet to be convinced about another “lone shooter” assassination in November 1963 either.

Ian and Candace and Baron have said this since go.
The odds were clearly apparent to anyone with half a brain. This was not a 30-06.
The next thing they're gonna try to sell us on is that it was a bullet and it came from somewhere else.
I think it was the mic. Tyler Robinson didn't do it.

Nor does the head of counter intelligence. The thread about Kents potential testimony went many pages of this same stupid back and forth where reactionary types were shitting on the idea. In the end it was revealed that there was a very sophisticated network of NGOs that had already been built and tested ready to capitalize on Kirks death within like 24 hours of him being killed. The thread pretty much died there. With the shills not being able to face that information and unwilling to continue to draw attention to it.
No matter how anyone wants to slice it, the American way is to welcome all possible information surrounding this event in a court of law and let the cards fall where they may.
And you're right. He didn't act alone.

Why? Because it was impossible?
