Instead of blowing up Irans energy infrastructure why not seize it?

Control their oil. Don’t let them sell it. Cut off their main source of money supply. To blow it all up makes zero sense.

The regime is the people with weapons who are controlling the territory and its natural resources. They are also religious fanatics.

Iran will just light up the Gulf energy infrastructure at that point. I don't think we want that.

Sounds like a winning plan. For Israel, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf Kingdoms most threatened by Iran.
Why aren’t these nations leading this regime change effort against Iran? Why should the U.S. bear the primary burden — in blood, money and strategic risk — protecting the economic stability and domestic sovereignty of these other regional powers in the Gulf?
