They'll be getting a very good coach. I'll get killed for saying this, but it may be an upgrade; only time will tell. He'll bounce to a bigger school in a few years if he is successful there. The ACC looks to be in the withering phase.
But he is unproven at a power-conference school. He was my hope for LSU if they had not brought the General back.

ACC is a mid level conference now. It Is a money game and they are behind because of football. They had to let Miami keep all the CFP money I order to prevent them FSU and Clemson from bolting
