If tweet fails to load, click here. For those wondering, this "surgeon" was found to be still working in a medical facility in another state under a different name. lol
This country is a joke.

Most everything on social media is fake, including the medical credentials of TikTok’s “dancing doctor,” according to reports.
Dr. Windell Boutte had amassed a following on TikTok, posting videos of her and other medical center staff dancing while treating patients. She previously did cosmetic surgeries in Atlanta under the Boutte name. Her medical license was suspended after a series of patients alleged malpractice.
However, reporters with WSB-TV in Atlanta found the doctor is now going by the name Catherine Davis and has allegedly been working in different state.

I hope that’s not real.
If it is, whatever hospital and surgical team this is will be sued into non existence…..and rightfully so.

I"ve been in a lot of OR's over the years and that is far from the norm and should've been stopped in it's tracks day one. Many surgeons want music playing but they're not in there rocking out. shite like this makes the entire profession look bad even though it's a very small, mostly DEI population. And a few crazies that should've never been allowed through the system.

I think it is.. I recall seeing this story a while back.
Some people are just not serious.

I’m excited to read the posts defending her.

DEI and “iNcLuSiVe” medical school and residency program admittance practices have consequences. I’m seriously worried about the quality of providers being pushed out these days and what harm could come to me or my kids once these people are attendings in the future. You would never see the “old white guy” surgeon doing this shite during his residency back in the day or today. I hope she and the hospital get the full consequences.

Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte, known as the "dancing doctor," was a Georgia-based dermatologist whose medical license was suspended following numerous malpractice lawsuits, including allegations of performing dangerous, unconsented, and, in one case, fatal, cosmetic surgeries while dancing and singing, often posting these videos on social media.

Absolutely no way this is true

According to Twitter, that video is from 2018, she lost her license for a while, got it back, changed her name, went yo work in Texas, was discovered by the public, and then was fired in 2024 or so because of outcry.
I bet she was a horrible resident and there were signs that should have prevented her even completing her training.

I mean the medical profession as a whole looks crazy.
Not only will nurses murder you for having the wrong political affiliation, but surgeons will be so careless they will give you a brain injury while dancing.

Cause dear, we’re slow dancing in the surgery room

This makes it worse that she actually worked again in that profession.

People getting kicked out for dropping their hands too low or “almost” touching things they shouldn’t.
