What type officer was that blocking him? Had to be a federal of some type otherwise a state guy would have been spot fired.

I love that they always bring up the 1st amendment when screaming at ICE. WTF does the 1st amendment have to do with hauling away illegals? The 1st amendment is what gives him the right to scream a dumb question but does not affect the answer to that dumb question.

Unless the trooper's job that day was to "hold him back" so he doesn't have to fear the consequences if he hit one of those federal officers.
