I don't know what year this is from,. but I saw it today for the first time. This is hilarious

Edited to include the slighter longer version where he tells the kid, "I'm dead. Who TF cares"

Never knew he was a Ben Franklin fan.

"Declaration signer: "What will history think of us?"

Ben Franklin: "Who cares? We'll be dead."

His interview with that reporter who said something about being a convicted rapist is fantastic.

“It’s better than being here with a rat piece of shite like you”

He still seems like a pretty smart guy imo.

And he’s right.

She handled that very well. It's honestly a piece of shite kind of answer, and he could've just refused the interview. But it's also the most Mike Tyson answer possible, so it's awesome.

People don't actually think about death/dying until their later years.

I didn't really think about the world past my life until I developed some health issues and so it wasn't much of a deal but those issues are a constant reminder that it's going to be an end for me. Maybe not tomorrow or even next year, but still, I won't live into perpetuity.

It won't matter after the sod returns on my grave and the name and date are on a tombstone. Just another rock in the cemetery.

The only legacy I would care about is what I might instill in my grandkids. Do they remember Pop encouraging them to honor God, talk to Him daily, and teaching their kids to have a deep relationship with Jesus?

This solidified my decision to retire. The clock is ticking down on every one of us.
