I’d have trouble narrowing it down.
Ones I have rewatched a lot include Guardians 1, Winter Soldier, Ragnarok, Avengers 1, and Infinity War.
Each has its own charm.

Think my favorite is Guardians 2
Guardians 1 and 3 behind it. Just love the mood, music and comedy of all 3. Drax is so stupid, but he just makes me ??.

There are moments in lesser movies that I really like:
Cap lifting Mjolnir in Ultron. It really shows that Cap is the moral center and undisputed leader of the Avengers. Maybe the most significant moment in the entire Avengers saga
Thor + Led Zeppelin in Ragnarok. Terrible Thor movie. Great scene with Plant wailing and Thor being the God of fricking Thunder
