That's the type of thing that will get people to finally turn off the NFL.

If the money is right, they will do it.

The owners and networks don't care how ridiculous something is, if they can make a few more nickels, they will do it.

Nah

Fans would keep watching. And everyone else just uses the NFL and Sundays as a backdrop to a nice day/socializing. Plus fantasy football.

Nobody cares if the NFL is gay or does a SB somewhere else. It makes for a carefree enjoyable way to unwind heading into the next work week.

ETA: oh and gambling

I watched a fascinating doc type video of how teams prepare for overseas games and it is insane the amount of shite that it takes for a team to prepare for one of these trips. It takes a full year for them to prepare for one regular season game..

How in the hell are they going to be able to prepare for the damn super bowl? I can't see how any team could pull it off and there will be two teams lol

They have two weeks and it will still get ratings despite the politards protest, just like the last Super Bowl

Sounds like WWE wanting to do WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia next year.

There would be some faux outrage and nobody would actually care.

It would be a disaster for the typical 530 ct start

All the things the Nfl has done yet it still keeps getting stronger. This won’t affect it.

I don’t think that’s really that far fetched and even reading this doesn’t bother me.

Who cares really? The average American isn’t going to the superbowl. The minimum entry price is at least $3k, usually more for a better game.

It’s for influencers and celebrities to be seen and vlog at. Real Americans are at home having superbowl parties and bbqs etc.

They could play the game on a different planet and it wouldn’t matter as long as it’s televised. Most people would not even know.

Without looking it up I couldn’t tell you probably even the last two host cities. Certainly not the last five, and you couldn’t either. Nobody gives af about where the game is played

And have the halftime show strictly in the language of the host country.

Have China be the first foreign country with performers re-enacting dancing nurses and doctors.

Must see TV.

It would be a logistical nightmare for the teams involved. They would also have to broadcast in a different TV window. Probably 2pm ct at the very very latest.

It's overwhelmingly an American game. It's one thing to play some games in Europe, Mexico and Brazil in the regar season, but when it comes to the Super Bowl it should not be a question of what country it is played in.

Japan.

Should absolutely host in London, it would negatively impact exactly 0 people posting here.
