The costco milk seal.

I can close a captains of crush #3.

I can't open that seal without picking at it or stabbing it with a knife first.

My cousin opened a restaurant and a friend of his brought him a gold plated drill bit. The one that is used offshore. Not many people could pick it up one handed.

I typically test my grip strength daily.

Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.

I say it's the Simply Orange low acid OJ.

Not opening it the first time, that's easy... it's every time after- it forms a death grip bond with the bottle that even sometimes challenges my 16yr old weightlifting son.

Those things are on there so fricking tight it’s ridiculous. I’m not sure it’s mechanically possible for human fingers to remove it. I always use a steak knife for that shite.

Nice, you closed it completely until the grips touched? I was able to close the #1.5 when I was younger, never tried any heavier than that but I doubt I could have closed a #2. I'm a mingo sized feller, though.

I keep my Kershaw knife clipped neatly in my front pocket for that expressed purpose.

The gallon of milk in the fridge right now has a faulty lid. It’s the pop off kind, and the edges are all soft so I need to use a knife to pry the lid off.

Such a small inconvenience, and irrationally pisses me off every time.

I bought the beginner set to go from a trainer to a one to a 15 to two. For some reason I just could not close the 2.5. and I brought it to work and I watched a guy who has not done anything with his hands for probably 15 years. Close it with what looked like zero effort.

I don't know if you want to call it. Shame or envy, but it was a hell of a motivator.

To anyone who is trying to improve their grip strength though I just want to say that rest periods are a huge deal, cuz you can do a lot of tendon damage if you overdo it. It has also made me shake hands like a 90 lb woman

Your going to go blind if you keep that pace up.

Use both thumbs and pointer fingers, grab the tab all the way on one side, then pull up and over aggressively... works 90% of the time

Costco milk is different between stores because they source locally (and then regionally if there isn’t anything local).

Having tested it with needle nose pliers... I don't believe you.

I rip the plastic off the seal 100% of the time
