For those wondering what that red patch is, it’s the should patch of the US Army 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment–Delta, commonly known as Delta Force. Everyone talks about SEALs, but Delta is the apex when it comes to special forces. They do the shite no one ever hears about.

Not to mention that ridiculous amount of overseas service bars.
For those not familiar, each one of those bars indicates 6 months overseas service, in his case most likely the sandbox. I'll let you guys do the math how long he spent away from his family.
