Considering most players seem to improve, sometimes significantly, at their home stadiums/facilities, I'd going to assume there might be a little home cooking going on.
It's easy to do - who will really notice half a yard on the "40 yard dash" if the field is getting some "maintenance" and the numbers aren't on there? Or if the 3 cones are a bit closer?
