Homemade mayo is pretty easy to make with a stick blender.

I can make real mayo at home using egg, oil, and vinegar.

I have to refrigerate it and use it within 4 days.

Does anyone know how long it takes for grocery store mayo to go bad? It’s a long time.

Exactly what we do most of the time. It goes bad very quickly though.
