There are about a dozen countries with TPS, they are staggered and roll over every 18 months, Homeland is just not rolling them over as the deadlines come up.

Its very cut and dry, for some obscure judge to say it "would cause undue hardship" has no standing whatsoever, none, there is no legal standing.

They just need to deport them, let appellate courts decide, the supreme court has already told them to knock it off. Just disregard and tell them to try and enforce it.
