Are balloon release memorials a big thing in Cuba?

Dont capitulate, Trump. No negotiations until the commie party agrees to completely relinquish power.

No they have been suffering rolling blackouts, some lasting 18 hours, for a while now.
Currently its not just the lack of power. Food spoilage is a huge issue now. 80% of the people dont have running water due to no electricity to pump it. Less than half the garbage trucks are running due to lack of fuel and garbage has been piling up for two weeks. Not a good thing in tropical heat and very large rodents. Now crime is increasing.
No tourists due to the aforementioned means no foreign exchange to buy fuel.
Leaders may quit negotiating soon and start begging to be evacuated to save them from their own people

I wonder if these blackouts was the US turning it off to prompt a deal.

Don't really have to turn it off. Just wait around for a bit and it'll turn itself off.

Why does ANYONE give two shits what the little globalist, down syndrome girl has to say? She has zero qualifications and only has a platform because she was propped up by the globalist climate change scam! Posting her blabbering rhetoric anywhere only enables her to continue. IMHO

Blackouts, even nation-wide blackouts, are nothing new for Cuba.
