Why are they all fighting with each other? What is the point of infighting and why do it in public? Just helps the Dems.

Edit: link added

How does two rw people having a disagreement "help the dems"?

Does every conservative public figure have to have the exact same opinion? Is that when we win?

The Professional Right, our Pundit Class, has lost its mind. And there is no Limbaugh around to corral the shite stirrers.

Consider any of the people you are thinking about and consider their ego and ideological rigidity. And their profit motive. And you have your answer.

Because you can’t be aligned with someone whose loyalty lies with a foreign nation.

There is a massive split between the "America First" folks and the others who are pro-Israel.

Some don't like the Iran actions.
Others do.

Political discourse on both sides is completely broken.

If the repubs lose the mid-terms, they'll have earned it. Sadly, the rest of us will get f*cked over, b/c it seems dems hate this country and its citizens.

So, while they fight and do absolutely nothing for the good of the country, the rest of us suffer from their inaction and/or other priorities.

No they don’t but attacking each other is not productive either. They are supposed to be on the same team. You can have reasonable disagreements without public fights.

Maybe Trump shouldn't have started this idiotic war with Iran on behalf of another foreign nation which caused this public ideological split.

Talk about helping the dems - MAGA is now in the bottom of a landfill because MAGA is whatever Laura Loomer or Lindsey Graham says it is.

Trump attacking them is what’s doing the damage. He needs to be the president and not play mean girls. He lost me with that mark levin post. fricking pathetic.

Public fights drive engagement on social media, which drives ad rates.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter when it comes time to vote. The (D) will never stray from their message (except for Fetterman, apparently.)

The same can be said about certain MAGA republicans like Lindsey Graham. I don’t think anyone would disagree that he represents America and its citizens only to the extent they enrich himself and serve his interests. Which he’s very open about his priorities being Israel.

The entire point of MAGA was to rid the party of these types and Trump has done nothing but elevate them in his second term.

It's all part of the circus. "Are you not entertained"?

Don't take any of these people serious. They're all just putting on a show. If you enjoy it, and agree with it, great. If you don't, but you listen anyway, then you're especially part of the problem.

I wish people understood that none of this matters. There are no ideological battle-lines being drawn. This is all fanfare / roleplay for the NPC crowd. Make sure you like and subscribe! Buy their coffee, t-shirts, or mugs! Tip your streamer, podcaster, etc.

Just don't pretend like it's anything more than what it is. A performance.

Disagreeing over an issue is healthy.

Having very public spats that look like middle school drama is not.

Because 95% are attention whore grifters who simply are trying to play to a target audience to grow their market share, advertisers and/or clicks. Hell, I'd bet half of them would flip to complete left-wing talking points and rants if they knew it would make them a bunch of money.

Graham has always been a war-mongering rino, long before MAGA was a thing.

He only aligns with Trump now b/c it is advantageous.

I do agree, though. He needs to remove these people from any sphere of influence.

Dems openly support illegal criminals and call any citizen opposed to being invaded or taking issue with a violent and destructive "religion" a bigot.

That and there is the "you must insult your opponents to look big and tough" stuff that Trump started in 2016. If you don't respond like you're big and tough and sling insults, then it's presumed that you're weak.

So MK can't just call out Mark Levin. She has to add in all the "micro penis" stuff.

Then you get this shite: Mediaite: The Mark Levin Question: Does He Really Have a Micropenis — Or Just Act Like It?

quote:

The latest involves Megyn Kelly’s insistence that conservative talk-radio host Mark Levin possesses what medical literature refers to as a micropenis.

This is, on its face, an extremely serious allegation. It also presents an obvious methodological problem. The only way to confirm such a claim would involve circumstances so deeply troubling that they would likely require both law enforcement and several very uncomfortable depositions.

quote:

A disclosure is warranted. Both Megyn Kelly and Mark Levin have attacked me, for reasons that remain as mysterious as the allegation at hand.

And then we see why

It's "professional" wrestling, much like Washington D.C. Many of these same folks having such public disagreements are probably like our politicians, getting drunk at a restaurant together laughing at the sheeple who actually believe in them.

It's like professional wrestling promos. People work really hard to make it seem believable or at least interesting.

At some point, you'd hope that the public would catch on, but nope; people still believe the hype.

Exactly.

The flips only ever seem to go one way. Looking at you, Candace Owens, half of PragerU, etc.

I’ll take the minority opinion and suggest this is actually a sign of health.

As opposed to the left which is a complete monolith
