Ive been saying it to everyone who will listen... he isnt giving us enough at the plate to justify what we lose by having an obese first basemen

I agree. He needs to be a lot more powerful to that slow.

But, as bad as we’ve been at the plate lately, he is one of the most consistent players getting on base.

Idk if it’s just me but Yorke also does not seem very strong for his size. A lot of balls that look they have HR trajectory off the bat and don’t even make it to the middle of the outfield

This guy played at the highest level of the sport into his 40’s
