I have nothing but disdain and disgust for New Yorkers. Those pompous, loud, arrogant scum deserve exactly what they voted for here. Let that whole rotten city crumble for all I care.

The amount of companies and people leaving new york is going to be amazing.

Does a mayor have that kind of authority? Doesn’t that have to come from the state legislature and governor? Or even is it a federal thing?
