I mean, the heart of that problem is real. "Use it or lose it" is still the way of Pentagon funding, so......they used it, a whole bunch of it, on a lot of useless shite. Yet, we're gonna give them what, a trillion dollars more?

If anybody knows anything about Government is that they have to spend their entire budget allocated to them or they will not receive the same amount during the next budget hearing
