We are (rightfully) pizzed off but we never hold these people accountable.
That’s why they do and ultimately get away with this shite.

This happens for a couple of reasons:
1. Crooked politicians have been blackmailed because of the skeletons in their closet.
2. Someone is paying them off.
These are the only reasons why you wouldn’t listen to 85% of the country.
No other justification.
We need a new Senate leader and start jailing politicians for corruption. Right or left. That is the only thing that will make this stop.

The vast majority of voters on both sides are far less informed than people who post on this board or follow politics on X.
That’s not even a statement about whether this board is right or wrong, the vast majority of people aren’t following politics to the degree that this board is.
