Out of morbid curiosity, does anyone know why Robert Miller is "unavailable" today?

He wasn't hurt Saturday. Wondering if he got hurt in practice or simply decided he was done playing basketball for LSU.

Nope, but he’ll be on another team next year.

If he was injured they probably would have said so. Definitely an opt out.

I guess this is possible.

Then again who knows. This wouldn’t be the first vague absence in the McMahon era (Williams, Cook, Ward come to mind.)

Hate to lose a guy with that kind of potential. Well no, if they bring McMahon back I hope the kid leaves and finds some success.

It does sound like an opt out.

We might be pulling tuba players to play in the morgue next year if MM is back

Might as well, paying for better players under this coach is no different than just lighting the money on fire.

If we aren’t careful gutting NIl and rev share devoted to basketball might end up making it make a bigger profit under McClown.

I really hate that Im doubting our admin especially after Lane but it this should be a no brainer yet we have the AD paying for puff pieces

I don’t see how that could be. It’s not like you can recoup the lost money elsewhere.

Hurt in practice? You saying this team actually practices?

Which players would actually comeback to this team for next year, assuming McManly is fired today at 3 pm? If WW does come back, does he keep anyone on this roster? Thomas?

I think Wade would try to keep Thomas and Reed.

Maybe Reece as well

Another excuse for McClown as to why they get smoked by 30 today! Hopefully by about 2:30 today the sword will have fallen and McClown is gone Johnson!

Miller probably realized this fraud and his staff weren’t developing him so he’s dipping before he risks any further injury before heading off to his new school.

Another great episode of program management by McMahon

But MM is a good coach, the Mcmen told us he is great at x and os. They assured me it was just bad luck injuries and loose rims that caused 17-55.

Of course every year we have had a kid dip under weird circumstances with MM

And the spineless press never ask him about it. Bizarre.

They don’t want to get their free lunch taken away for being mean to MM.

It’s sad when Glen dildo is asking the hardest questions

He may have been hurt in practice, he may have violated some team rule(thought that seems unlikely), He may have opted out (but that does not seem like my impression of Miller, though I do not really know what he is like), and there is always the possibility he is ill (perhaps the Flu or something of the sort). Until someone with LSU clues us in or someone from the team leaks it, it is hard to say. I would think if he told the coaches he was opting out, they might not list him as out unless he was planning to miss the game. Still very disappointing.
