Stories like this are slowly renewing my hope for the future of our country.
but a bit racist don't you think?
Look at all the folks in the church
No diversity at all...and this was in Nashville
Certaintly people of color would care enough to attend the gathering
Why were they excluded?

man the horn playing gut punched me. took me back to my dad's funeral ceremony at the veterans cemetery in AL - i was doing pretty well till the horn.....and i absolutely lost it.

that was amazing and good on the folks attending.

I would always play TAPS when called upon by local Veterans. It's a fitting send off. RIP soldier.

They did miss the sarcasm. However, not every thread needs something about race. In fact, TD would be a better place if race issues were discussed rarely.
