i would be difficult since i have brick columns in between panels and it would not look right having the wood higher than the columns. I like the idea bt in this situation it wont work. My fence is horizontal boards as well. I appreciate the suggestion. ...

I am looking to put some type of privacy bush / bamboo along the inside of my wood fence since my neighbor decided to build a tall lean-to next to my fence to store his 4 wheelers under. It looks trashy and I would like to hide this from my view. Problem is i have brick pavers there so i am looking ...
