1. NHL has a salary cap.
2. NBA has a soft salary cap. Owners go over cap almost every season.
3. NIL is far from slavery (free, forced labor)
4. 7 out the Top 10 highest NIL earners are black

None of his arguments make any sense.
Baseball players don’t really make that much until years after being drafted and end up in worse rookie deals than NBA players.
Paul Skenes might be the best pitcher in the MLB right now and is making peanuts, especially when compared to his counterparts in 2023 #1 picks in NBA (Wembanyama) and NFL (Bryce Young).
Paul Skenes 2026 Salary = $780k-$1mil with potential bonuses to get him to $3.4-$4mil
Victor Wembanyama 2026 Salary - $13.4mil
Bryce Young 2026 Salary with roster bonus = $5.9 mil

Today I just learned that Golfers have guaranteed salaries paid by the respective leagues and that NASCAR drivers get paid in similar ways as other major sports.

So what exactly are the barriers to entry for blacks to play “white sports”? Definitely has to be racism and not preference, right? Jalen probably doesn’t have shite to say about why his people go broke so fast out of the league. Maybe stop getting every thot pregnant and living above your means. Feel zero sympathy for any fool making tens of millions before 40 and can’t manage their finances.
