What is your worst fear?

Mine is medical anxiety, or fear of surgery, formally referred to as tomophobia.
I have surgery scheduled for Friday to repair the broken collarbone I suffered while skiing last week. The bone is displaced by a little under 2 cm and needs a plate with 7 screws. It is my first ever surgery and I am absolutely terrified. The logical side of me says that this is a stupidly simple procedure that has practically no risk, but my nervous system is on high alert - I can't keep thinking about doomsday scenarios with anesthesia or complications. Any words of advice would be appreciated.
What is your worst fear and how have you faced it?

Heights like buildings and bridges. I am fine in an airplane or a helicopter.

These days it's how some people just trust whatever generative AI tells them often without even questioning it in the slightest.

Oweo posts. When I invest time in reading a post and then at the end figure out it was from Oweo and I just lost minutes of my life I can't recover.

Something happening to my kids or wife.

besides the obvious things like something terrible happening to my family or just general anxiety about society and the future...
Very deep water is my biggest fear.
Like the idea of just sinking deep down into the darkness as the light slowly collapses scares the shite out of me.
I was on a kayak tour around Seattle one time and the guide mentioned that we were in 900' of water and I fricking froze and could barely function.
This is also one of the main reasons why I'll never go on a cruise. frick the deep ocean.
