In line at Corkscrew BBQ

Man…. I’ve never been there, but getting brisket and beef rib seems redundant to me.

I’d get turkey if they have it and a link of whatever their sausage is.

My go to at Smittys is brisket, turkey, 1/2 link of jap/cheese sausage. White bread, pickles and onions.

Probably going to add a link of sausage. Not a big turkey fan.

That's like saying filet minion and ribeye are the same. Both are similar, but the have a different taste and texture.

Agree with the suggestion of baked beans. They are good there. Your wallet will be much lighter

The point is, it’s 2 beef offerings. He asked for a frickin opinion and I gave him mine.

+1, no way I am getting brisket if I got a big arse beef rib.

All of that looks great. Never made it out there. Need to head that way maybe in a few months, might hit them up.

Meat sweats

I really need to try that place. I've been told they have the best pork ribs in Houston area.

So far Roegels has been my favorite pork ribs.
