The brisket is the best I’ve ever had. Pork ribs were perfect.Been to Truth and Goldee’s. Hands down amazing. They open at 11. Get there at 10. They have a binder with 29 numbered sheets. Once the number sheets are gone it’s get in line at the end when you show up. Take your number and hang out and drink beer. Once they open you get in line according to your number. There were probably 60-70 people in line when we left at noon.

Some people look at it’s a just “steak.” It was my comparison for the prior poster that a beef rib and brisket are very different in taste and texture
