Iran starting to crack - President says they will stop shooting missiles at neighbors

He apologized to neighboring countries and said they will halt all missile attacks on them or towards them, unless attacked by that country.
He wrapped up his press conference saying he wants to end this war ”with Diplomacy!”
1 week in and they are stopping attacks and want diplomacy now. Far cry from the language 4 days ago when he said they could outlast us and there will be no talks. Guess relentlessly 24/7 bombing of all your weapons and leaders will do that to ya.

Also, looks like the leaders and military aren’t able to communicate because the Guard still fired missiles and drones at Saudi Arabia oil, Dubai and UAE after the speech

They are trying to put pressure on gulf states to break their arrangement with US forces. And to be honest I am not 100% we keep our level of influence in the gulf. Why would these places want us there after this?

First, just wondering what number president this is.
I don't think this is a horrible a job as the Supreme leader. But I doubt he has a long shelf life.
As far as this goes, their ability to used drones and missiles has been quickly degraded.
The number of missiles they can fire a day is likely in the teens by now.
The number of drones they have likely is also very low.
Spread that across the entire middle east, that is not much since they still have to try to hit Israel. Unless they stopped targeting Israel and the military and just went after the gulf states.
And that would piss me of if I was one of the guild states and make me want to get rid of you more.
