Ret. Marine stormed a hearing-“We don’t want to fight your wars!” What does this even mean

If you volunteer for military service, what exactly are you training for, getting paid for, accruing retirement benefits etc if not to fight the wars of the U.S. govt?
To the military folks and those yelling “NO MORE ME WARS”, what wars exactly did you sign up to fight in? The last time US territory was attacked by another nation state was 12/7/1941 at Pearl Harbor, HI.
So I guess I am confused as to what exactly these folks thought they were signing up for?
From Korean thru Present Day, the U.S. military has been sent into harm’s way to places that have not directly attacked the U.S. homeland.
If you sign up and know this, why would you be angry about fighting in one of these conflicts?
Are these folks suggesting that those that sign up should just be paid, fed, and housed to train and for the military to be just another social program for the masses?

It means regular people in the military want to protect the US homeland, not fight wars for lobbyists.

Oh, you're one of those "how does this benefit the US" types. Did you miss this news yesterday?

What war is this crayon eater talking about?

Yes this is exactly what they want. Outside of a few jobs, the military has mostly become a jobs program for women and minorities.

He did not say that. He said "we don't want to fight for Israel".

It’s symptoms of low IQ, willing ignorance, or agenda to be pushed

It's NOT their choice. They can proceed to get court martialed and dishonorably discharged if they wish to disregard a lawful order of the President and Commanders.

The comments came from the marine.
You’re arguing with him.

Most of them are itching at the chance to get some lol.

China’s government has told the country’s largest oil refiners to suspend exports of diesel and gasoline, per Bloomberg
When your 1.3-1.4M barrels of oil you depend on per day from Iran is being blocked, then what do you expect? LOL

AGAIN. THE US HAS NOT BEEN ATTACKED BY ANOTHER NATION SINCE 12-7-1941.
You now have 84 -EIGHTY-FOUR- Years to see the conflicts that the U.S. govt has sent its military into.
That is a HUGE sample size by which to look at and determine if you want to sign up and possibly be sent to one of these conflicts.
YOU ARE NOT SIGNING UP TO JUST DEFEND THE HOMELAND.
The world is a nasty place and with the U.S. Economy intertwined with the rest of the world sometimes there are interests that require military engagement to protect those interests.

This topic has been posted about a couple times already. This guy is married to an Islamic woman and is full on supporting the religion of Islam himself. He is against it because as an Islamic cuck, he is fundamentally against anything related to Israel. His intentions aren't as noble as they appear.

I’m pretty sure he was yelling about not wanting to fight Israel’s wars, for which he was violently dragged out of the room and had his hand smashed in a door by a republican senator.
No other protestor is treated this way, only ones who protest the fact that we serve Israel first and not America.
Really makes you think.

We are in an upside down world, when Democratics have corrupted our former service members.
Remember, these guys never protested, never stormed hearings, never even gave interviews to the media... when Slo-Jo and Barry were sending people.
Hell, they didn't even speak up when we lost service members and Biden was checking his watch.
So, these people have probably sold out. I'd love to see what deposits were made to their bank accounts.

Are you fricking retarded? Japan bombed American land, we went in and fricked them up for that. We have no quarrel with Iran, we are in this on Israel’s behalf. Americans should not be risking their lives for Israel. If you disagree with the Marine, you’re probably a 60 year old boomer who still thinks our operations in Iraq and Afghanistan were justified.

Of course if they get stationed in cool places like Japan or Italy they're all about helping to further America's political interests abroad.

What war is he referring to?

I would love to know this guy's discharge status. "Less than Honorable" anyone? True Marines don't act that way.
