They’re not. His party got about half the percentage that Kamala got. It’s their system. And one thing you should realize about Britain is that they are electing people who run on a good platform and then blatantly betray them.
They elected the Tories, who claimed to want to stop illegal immigration. When they were in power the Tories then RAMPED UP illegal immigration like Biden did. The voters didn’t vote for it; they were completely betrayed.
In anger, the voters cast the Tories out and the deeply unpopular Labor, with Starmer as standard bearer, won with a small minority of the vote that was still a plurality.
Now they are suffering through a few years of Labor, which is getting creamed in local elections. Kemi Badenoch is now leading the Tories, and she is saying all the right things, but the voters don’t trust them after being betrayed last time. They want to turn to Reform, which is the group that led Brexit, but their leader, Nigel Farage, is leaning into multi-culturalism now.
If you are a Brit voter it’s hard to figure out who to vote for because the Chinese and Iranians have been buying their politicians AS THEY HAVE BEEN OURS!
