After his strap gave out, had some injuries, but alive.

Why is the first thought for some people lawsuit? He is on the job and will receive workers comp. May not even be injured if he was able to get down safely.

If you look closely at the end the lanyard burns through and he falls ten or fifteen feet. I dont see how he escapes without some relatively significant injuries.

Thank you for the update. That has to be so hard to watch as a father. So he was kicking around trying to get the burning fall protection to break? A man has to be pretty desperate to chose a 15 ft fall over his current situation. I was hoping the other bucket truck was going to rescue him.
