Is this some kind of AI bull shite? Anyone? Bueller?
They'd have to be within line of site for any laser to work. Some of those rockets were hit very soon after launch and relatively close to ground level. Hard for me to believe the trucks and equipment to generate the amount of power needed could be that close unmolested.
But I'm no expert and just read articles from time to time.

That's what they want you to believe.... Laser beams. What really happened is Elon hacked their system and made them explode after takeoff.

Killer Queen by Queen, written by Freddie Mercury, is a 1974 rock song from the album Sheer Heart Attack. The lyrics describe a high-class call girl with a luxurious lifestyle, referencing her Moët et Chandon, Marie Antoinette-like attitude, and a dangerous allure. Key lines include:
"She keeps Moët et Chandon / In her pretty cabinet / 'Let them eat cake,' she says / Just like Marie Antoinette / A built-in remedy / For Khrushchev and Kennedy"
The chorus celebrates her as a "killer queen" — "Gunpowder, gelatine / Dynamite with a laser beam / Guaranteed to blow your mind."
I'm sure you've heard the song if you over 40.

Looks like rockets from Lebanon being intercepted just after launch.

The Free Electron Laser has been around for 20 years. The ability to make it small enough, to get it to track, and to make it accurate enough has apparently caught up.

I'm not sure what I'm seeing in that video, but it doesn't really look like a laser weapon.

FYI, you can't see the laser firing through the air like in a concert laser show or in the movies.
Just so people know.

+1
I've heard it all my life.. never understood the lyrics, however. Sometimes you don't need to.
But thanks for teaching me something already today.
Also, amazing how a song from 50 years ago, still shows us ... it remains undefeated.

I love how it says Israel for the first time.
Get real. The us gives them these gifts. The joos didn’t create it.

I don't care if we invented, if they invented it or it was a collaboration. I just want it to make Xi and the rest of the CCP leadership shite themselves.

Deployed from satellite. Incredible accuracy. Line of sight is obsolescence when your target is hit from above.
It's very real tech that we've known about for a while, but not seen confirmed in action until now. Imagine the utter collapse of morale when you launch a full battery of SAMs and SSMs and they dematerialize within a couple hundred meters.
The most crazy part about it is, if you're seeing this deployed now, we're already advanced about 15-20 years ahead of it with whatever we have in our current arsenal that we choose not to deploy publicly.
