I know we're moving to a digital world but to me, holding the actual ticket in my hands, looking at the graphics when they come in the mail, etc - that was always pretty great. But now, if you want the actual hard copies, it's an additional $75. This seems higher than last year and honestly, probably enough of an add to dissuade me and just move to full digital.

Just curious to all the ticket holders out there, have you dumped the actual hard copies or is it still worth it to you to have the booklet and all the fanfare that accompanies it?

I pay for the tickets as it give my godson and nephews so much joy to "get the ticket." I think thought what is cool is some schools send the tickets with a box of stuff for season ticket holders. Makes opening up your tickets a little more fun.

You’ll get grief on here, but considering how many times people have difficulty transferring tickets or receiving them (particularly on campus with game day reception issues alone), it can be nice to have a paper ticket as well.

The easiest work around I’ve found, FWIW, is just screenshot the tickets and text them as pics rather than use the LSU athletics system if someone can’t get it to work.

I hate the loss of paper tickets.
I have a bunch of old sports and concert tickets from when I was young.
That type of memorabilia is pretty much history now.

Bingo, to persuade to move to digital. That’s the point of the $75 nuisance fee.

That's their intent. This is a "frick you" price.

The Florida Panthers did this with my season tickets witth them about 5 years ago. Only they didnt give you a choice, it was digital or nothing, No extra price for printed tickets, I was pissed at the time, but not so much now!

I'm pretty sure there aren't graphics/photos on the tickets anymore and it's just generic.

LSU has been doing "digital only" since 2020. They gave season ticket holders the option of paper tickets, But they started the $75 fee last year. Did you not pay it then?

They do graphics and players on the tickets comes in a book. Works well if you split tickets with someone that doesn’t like the app. I use the app mainly give the other person we split with hard copy. It was definitely $75 last year possibly the year before that as well. Use only digital for baseball not a problem.

Baseball is also $75 for paper tickets. I like having my book of tickets and use the digital for entry. The main reason I get paper (well this year) is I LIKE having the physical parking pass. I have every pass since 1997. I like to look at the change in the pass over the years.

This is why ATT is investing the money to upgrade wifi/Cell performance. It is not for fan experience...

You cant download a ticket at TS. You have to walk up in campus somewhere to get enough cell service to download.

I always move my ticket to my apple wallet before I leave home or the day before then you don’t really need to service to access your ticket in your acct. Surely most people know this.

Our parking passes have been physical since we started getting them in 2021. But we have non-renewable passes and wait in a virtual line to get them every year.
