Whole lot of ledges that guy could have hit his head on behind him after getting slept….

Getting knocked out at that age can have serious long-lasting consequences such as diminished cognition. Older brains don't react well to trauma which in this case involved a blow from a fist, then second blow when he hit the floor. Hope he is okay despite his apparently ticking off the other guy a bit . . . .
