How many hot glazed donuts could you eat in one sitting?

Pick your own supplier.... Mary Lee, Southern Maid, Meche's, don't care (however, Krispy Kreme is prohibited). Assume you are doing it on a dare or for charity. How many could you force down your gullet?
As a much younger man I once ate 6 in a competition with a coworker. He started to pass out on the fifth one.

I'm not much of a sweets guy. If I ever get a donut at all, it's jam-filled and I'll eat one and feel my toes start to fall off.
If I had to do it for charity? Probably 18-24, but I would hate myself.

They've definitely had production issues from the bigger market share, but a fresh KK is a really good donut. But I haven't had one in years.

My fat neighbor goes to Shipleys and picks up a dozen donuts for his fat family 3-4 mornings a week. He works from home as well.
