My new favorite Live camera - the homeless on Skid Row, Los Angeles

Street medics trying to help the homeless while the crackheads do crackhead things.

It's like watching dumb animals in the wild. I've been to most US states and thankfully, I've never walked through anything like that.

I think the most comical thing about the whole feed is the bird spikes on the top of the building to keep the bird poo off the building. Think you got bigger problems below.
