James Carville is a partisan and a strategist. He has two completely different sets of messages depending on his audience. Carville does unhinged rants like this to throw blue meat to democrat voters while giving level handed practical takes when discussing campaign messaging with politicians, staffers, and insiders. His blue meat is literally just slop for woke white women to eat up.
