Trump to SURGE TARIFFS on ANY country who dares "play games" with the United States

Didn't he recently claim that foreign governments had influence over the SCOTUS tariff ruling?

Those countries are like....Taco's are a very tasty street food.

This is exactly what I stated a couple days ago regarding the refund of tariffs.
Other countries understand this is only a temporary setback and Trump has a plan "B".

Trump has at least four plans regarding tariffs. Some of them contradict others.

He will pull them out in various press conferences as necessary. It might be the plan to force manufacturing back to the US, or it might be the plan to force other countries to drop their tariffs on any given day—which completely contradict each other...both can't happen as an overall strategy, but that doesn't bother the cult.

They'll take any one of the four plans.

When a threat of increased tariffs is made toward a country that provides specific supplies and materials to a U.S. company that they cannot source elsewhere or only acquire at a greater price, what generally happens to the stock prices of that company?
