You can argue the legality of this all you want, but the end result is that a lot of you claming to be pro America and MAGA are just closeted, globalist shills who hate the US to use any of its economic or political power to put the country first

Pretty clearly the tariffs were unconstitutional, arguing otherwise just shows your inability to reason.

Id say checks and balances are American AF. People that want an all powerful executive branch should check out North Korea.

If you want to move manufacturing back, try tax credits and investment, not tariffs.
That said, we should ban all trade with China.

Well pal, the legality has been decided by the final decision maker
So, even if it's not legal under the Constitution you think it should be allowed to go forward with? Is that what you're saying?

It's impossible to figure out which folks you are talking about.

Saying it's clear that this was unconstitutional is like saying 4 FISA warrants issued from the Steele dossier with zero accountability or confirmation is perfectly legal too.

Tariffs are nowhere near unconstitutional. It is how they were enacted that were ruled against.

It was about time somebody with a shred of sanity put a stop to it. An article in today’s Business Section said mid-range businesses were getting killed, layoffs were at record numbers, and prices are up despite what Trump and his administration was spewing.

Good luck getting the DC Uniparty globalists to do any of this^^^^ The US Corporatocracy is alive and well.

That's certainly an opinion you have there.

Tariffs are not unconstitutional. The way that Trump tried to impose most of them was unconstitutional. Some of Trump's tariffs were not struck down.

This is so retarded, the 3 most constitutionally aligned justices sided with the president.
The fact you're stupid enough to type that excludes you from being taken seriously on anything ever.

Tariffs are not a black and white issue. There are a lot of gray tones in between.

Trump can slap those tariffs back on using other means

I want him to be able to use this tool too. But the legality of it was always seriously questionable. Congress needs to fix this. It's too powerful a tool. We have to have it.
