Cam, Vince, Burrow, and Tebow in the top 4 makes sense.
Daniels at 20 behind Mendoza, Moore, and a few others is a joke.

Just like with everything else media related none of it is sincere or put out in good faith. Nobody thinks frickin Baker Mayfield is the best college QB this century, just purposely put out something crazy to draw attention. ESPN is just sad now
