Big important weekend for the future of the baseball team. Recruiting wise

There are several kids looking to join the program from Florida and south Georgia. Top 100 recruits. Coach Johnson is always thinking ahead and always has a plan for things. Makes sense having this game in Jacksonville and showing off the LSU brand

So if we loose we wont sign those recruits? I’m pretty sure Jay and his MEN are understanding of this and wont let anything stop them from dominating both on and off the field as they march toward another MCWS championship!

What?
It is just important to show off the LSU brand in parts of the country we never do play in.. This is a recruiting hotbed for any college sport.

Louisiana and Texas players are the formula combined with Jay's pipe line to California along with cherry picking players across the country.Just look at the roster.

This whole topic is about the high school players that are from Florida and Georgia that are interested in joining the team. And playing in Duval County would put a good footprint in the area.

In his pre-tournament press conference this week, CJJ said playing in the tournament in Texas last year paid big dividends. Now he wants to play in Fla. this year for the same kind of recruiting bump. Safe to assume that he knows how / where to recruit.
