Im wondering how spicy the food they serve is.
Is it typical Indian cuisine or do they tone it down for Americans?

Pretty sure that’s the people who opened Tap 65 and recently sold it. Take that for what it’s worth

I did hear she’s a trained chef so that wouldn’t surprise me. I never ate at Tap 65.

I know those two. I’ve never been SASC but know several people who have. If you want Americanized Indian food I don’t think it’s for you. They do regional Indian authentic home cooked dishes. They do fusion stuff once in awhile but it’s not going to be toned down for American tastes. It’s for adventurous eaters and foodies.
Chef Albinas pop ups may be your speed. Check her stuff out.

I’ve heard it’s actually lovely. Definitely not for the TD.com crowd though. More for me.
