The intolerance is growing in this country.

I am not a very big fan of street preaching in general, especially the flavor that hammers people with the law of Moses that cannot save rather than the hope of the new covenant we are actually in for what ails all of mankind, but this is yet more proof of the incredible spiritual battle that is going on today, culminating in an extreme intolerance for opinions and even blind rage and violence. How dare you disagree with me and not condone, coddle, and enable all of my opinions. Perceived victimhood is now a viable excuse for intolerance, hatred, and eventual violence. Forget listening to people. Forget discussions. We want to hurt them. We want them silenced.

I didn't watch the entire thing but this guy didn't seem like that sort of street preacher.
And yes, that's what "tolerant" has meant to the left for at least a decade. "Agree with me or else" is the SOP.

When the pendulum swings the other way these people are going to be horrified and beg daddy government to protect them.
It will be too late by then.
It will be too late by then.

I mean the woman seems unhinged but maybe publicly trying to force your religion on people for online clicks isn't the best idea either

He's talking on a public sidewalk and all the loons had to do is keep walking. I avoid or ignore people handing out flyers or whatever all the time. It might be mildly annoying but they're not forcing anything on me just by making something available in public.

Everything you said past that is irrelevant.
The demon could have just kept walking, no?

Like everything, they’re just beliefs. Everyone has them, and has shared them, but never met with such intolerance as they are today in this country. That’s what’s most concerning to me. At the end of the day, they are words.

Sure. I would have ignored the guy. Some people don't make the best decisions. Which is why you shouldn't engage random people on the street for clicks. I wouldn't be shocked if she had a handful of cocktails and was intoxicated to be acting like that.
You mess with enough drunk people that are just trying to enjoy a night out and eventually you'll run into problems.

When you start challenging people's very identity and put a camera and microphone in their face, it's a recipe for bad things to happen. She was wrong to blow up like that. He's also a dickhead.

Is the Salvation Army bell ringer messing with you as you walk into Target? Is someone handing out flyers messing with you?
If you're that fragile maybe being in public isn't a good idea for you.

Present day Intolerance has its roots in progressivism. They want to get rid of everything that made America what it is today. They will stop at nothing until they get their way. They hide behind the Constitution for convenience only. Free speech does not extend to speech they disagree with,

The word "force" is doing some hefty lifting there.
Are girlscouts forcing you to buy cookies?
Are SA bell ringers forcing the spare change from your pocket?
Is the lady at Publix handing out cookie samples forcing you to buy cookies?
Street preaching forces no one to do anything. It's an invitation. You're always free to decline.

The street preacher was calm and reasonable, the lesbian was screaming like a loon and violent……

"They should just stop bothering everyone."

I'm not sure he watched the video based on his description.

Sister Suzy and Brother Jim wouldn't make it very far on a college campus these days.

Preaching religion in the streets are the same to me as the trans LGBTQXWPALH+ preachers.
I understand fully the messages are different, but I don’t want anyone preaching to me about anything I may or may not believe or agree. Stop forcing something you believe onto me.
Im middle aged now and although I’m pretty open minded and willing to DISCUSS things and I’m always wanting to hear two sides, do NOT lecture me or preach to me like I’m wrong in my beliefs/thoughts. There’s a difference.

I wonder if it would turn out different if she harassed some Muslims who were praying in the street?

You get a lot of street preachers flashing you their lady-dick?

My entire education consists of this. Television programming is nothing but this. The MSM is now built upon this. You don’t have to buy in, but I don’t want to live in a world where anyone is silenced either. Just be better in your own defense of your positions, or modify your opinions if you can’t, or, OR… just walk away, turn it off, ignore.
