Honking at people on the road is pretty good, clean fun

I like to randomly honk at people on the road. Lol
Sometimes I’ll honk at pedestrians on the sidewalk as I’m driving by just to startle them a bit. Also, sometimes when I’m waiting at a stoplight I’ll honk at the person in front of me as soon as the light turns green. They usually jump a little and then look around with a WTF look in their faces.
The other day I was honking at people on I-10 while I was passing them. I got a few of them to jump pretty good. It was usually the ones playing on their phones who jumped. If you pay attention to the road you won’t get startled as much!
Any of you guys ever prank people like this?

Yea. When we were kids, we used to honk at people and wave the other way even if no one was there. Small town shenanigans though. BR has too many idiots on the road for that stuff.

I do this more than I should, usually if someone is acting retarded. I don’t get crazy and yell or gesture, just a good solid honk to let them know hey man, you’re a fricking dumbass.

Yep. Honking at people outside on their porch or in their yard going down the highway was always funny to us.
You know they sat there for at least a few seconds wondering who it was

People are too unhinged on the road these days.
I do enjoy stumbling upon a good road rage incident and seeing a grown man acting like a 2 year old not getting his way tho.

We used to always honk at people walking in the parking lot of the adult store on I-10 out towards Lake Charles. (when we were 20)

When I'm first in line at the traffic light, I honk as soon as it turns green, and then I go.

If you honk behind me at a red light 0.25 seconds after the light turns green I will park it until the next light cycle

My favorite was quite a many years ago I was driving into New York through one of the tunnels and they had a sign that said "Do not Blow Horn In Tunnel ", or something to that effect. And of course I laid into it as soon as I got inside the tunnel.
Funny thing is if they had not had that sign it probably wouldn't have occurred to me to do it

Early 80's I put a CB in my car with a loud PA speaker under the hood. May have scared the shite out of a few (or many). We would also take a drive down river road and "MOO" at the cows. The reactions from people and the cows was very similiar!
