We have to do something with them. We can’t have one of the interfering in our society. We just watched one of them run for President in 2024. They need to make sure everyone is accounted for or they need to go.

Or probably not.
But if an advanced race had the tech to travel here, parking under the water would be super easy, I would expect.
Convert plentiful H20 into whatever they breathe, out of sight of most casual observers. stress of the hydrosphere wouldn't be of a concern to them... sure.
