Name a better coach out there they could have hired? Hes an elite level offensive mind and just led an offense to a Super Bowl ring with Sam Darnold at the helm. Never understood the criticism he got here, the guy could flat out coach but, nobody can overcome having Allen as your boss.

He's a very similar hire to Kellen More. Young, respected offensive mind but not the stereotypical alpha head coach personality. So far so good with Kellen. We'll see how Kubiak does, but with Fernando Mendoza, Jeanty, and Brock Bowers his offense has a potentially good foundation.

Have to assume that he signs Shaheed with the Raiders.

Get Carr to the Raiders for a late round pick swap and call it a day

Bunch, i'm 99% sure we no longer have his rights. There was a mutual agreed upon release and split upon his retirement.

You could be right. It really doesn't matter, its not like we would get anything for him but the most minor thing imaginable

We have his rights and I would not trade him for anything less than a 4th. He is an above average QB in the NFL.

This is pretty ridiculous. The Saints do not really have any leverage and I doubt are going to make a big deal of it.

We do have his rights as he’s on our retired list but agree we won’t get much except maybe the pick swap. Maybe a 6th at best

yea seems like i was wrong. I remember reading something a while back that said differently. But it seems we only have his rights till end of 2026 season.

With the way 2024 went, everyone was pointing fingers at everything. And, for the most part they were right.

My biggest criticism against Kubiak was his 2nd half adjustments never appeared to work. Of course, he was dealing with a lot of band aids all over bullet holes throughout the roster, but those struggles went back to early in the season.

I don't think Kubiak adjusts. He is definitely a here is my system kind of coach. I think he doesn't care what the defense does necessarily because his offense is going to do its thing.

I kinda think he will be a throw in to a bigger trade.

Say Kellen wants to make a splash for Crosby. The connection with Klint may help facilitate that.

It will be costly but I dont see an outright trade of just Carr

(And no, Carr wont be a huge factor in a Crosby trade i was just saying he would be tossed in, we would still pay out the arse in draft capital)

Yes they have his rights. Why do you keep repeating that they don't?,
