Just kidding.

It actually is NFL and College great Eric Dickerson. And the man looks like he could still throw a mean stiff arm!

Dickerson doesn’t appear to be fan of the current NFL or American hating rappers. Yet I’m sure the smart set will be here soon to explain what a brilliant marketing move the NFL has made while one of the all time NFL greats says otherwise.

I haven’t heard the bunny guy say he hated America, he just said he didn’t play concerts here because ice would come after his audience. I’d never heard of him before all this nonsense and now I know more about him than I care to.

One of the purest runners to ever tote the rock. ED was smoother than Johnny Walker Blue. All time great. Amazing college career with Craig James (The Pony Express) and Ron Meyer as the coach.

The pride of Sealy Texas, Eric Dickerson!

"The NFL is more corrupt than the federal government. They don't care about the players."
DAMN!! He is spot on.

I heard a clip of one of his songs. Just sounds like the crap the Mexicans listen to.

Is anyone actually excited for Bad Bunny’s performance? I just see people defending him but not his music.

Bad Bunny is a big gay supporter.

You cannot be otherwise in any media entity. Just more proof how corrupt our media is.

Not to tote the gay agenda is a death knell for your career.

On what grounds?

Mr. Bunny is as much of an American citizen (under the law) as you, me and Tom Homan.

The people objecting to him have turned him into such a martyr, he'll probably get much higher ratings than he otherwise would have.

YUGE fan! The early 1980s was a great time to be a fan of rushing oriented offenses in college football: Marcus Allen, Hershel, Bo, Dickerson, Marcus Dupree, etc…

Especially with Keith Jackson and Frank Broyles providing play-by-play. This was what God intended football to be!

Imagine having your head so far up your @ss in pursuit of the all-mighty dollar that you stand in front of a microphone with a straight face and declare that having a woke idiot who despises the sovereignty of the United States and prances around on a stage in a dress like a sissy in not a political statement?

Imagine Roger Goodell:

Put me in the camo with Dickerson, Merica. I’ll be watching Kid Rock, not that I enjoy his music that much but more as a f’u to the NFL who destroyed a favorite pastime of mine with its politics..

Who cares. Don’t watch

It will still be the most watched performance of all time just like Kendrick.

But like I tell my dad who yells at the clouds all day, just because I don’t like him or support him doesn’t mean he’s not popular.

He's the most streamed artist worldwide on Spotify 3 of the last 5 years. Like him or not, that’s pretty impressive

Nice, but this is a fart in the wind, and the only thing that will get them is boycotting the league itself - not the Super Bowl; not the halftime show. But the leftists are the only army at the battle with that kind of commitment.

It is, if you are wanting to leave the American market behind and become an international brand.

I'm no fan of the NFL, haven't watch a full game, in a very very long time, way before even the blm crap. But the NFL sees it's only growth on the intl stage. They are not caring about losing their American base. They care about building their international fan base, so goes with their intl preseason games.

America only advertisers will care how this hurts them, but companies that are internationally established, or wanting to be, should love this opportunity. Any American drop in viewership will be overshadowed by the new intl viewership. Would be interesting to see if they'll release the metrics distinguishing that.

Question will be...will they be able to maintain this by finding big enough international acts year after year?? Cause those viewers aren't tuning in for the game.

Would be interesting to see if there are any changes to the marketing around the halftime show, cause the majority of the intl uptick will be just for the performance and then drop off. So as and advertiser I would want to know how it's being viewed during that time, and even during all the clips being shared afterwards.

Also, would be interesting if they stay partnered up with jayzee afterwards. Mostly because of all of his shady Epstein type stuff. If the do, it'll say a lot about the NFL and their owners.

You're making a terrible assumption here.

The NFL is doing amazing in the American market currently

Because they're not. Your population is very tiny and becomes more insignificant by the year. The NFL has tapped out the American market, basically, and isn't going to waste resources marketing to minority simpletons like you when they can get exponentially more fans abroad.
