Chambliss will get his TRO from the MS state court and will play for Ole Miss this year.

Yea, LSU fans prematurely celebrating this are being asinine. He's more than likely still getting an injunction to play this season based on a Mississippi court ruling that should come from an Ole Miss alum judge on Feb 12th.

Frankly, I’d rather beat them with Chambliss and think we will.

A Mississippi judge will overturn this next week and he’ll be playing for Ole Miss next year.

There are players entering their 6th year this season. TJ Finley is entering his SEVENTH. Chambliss has only actually played for 3 years. Other than the fact that it's Ole Miss and that we hate the Rebels, I really don't see what the big deal is.

the NCAA will just sue and not let him play and get tied up in courts

He will still get to play. The players that were ruled ineligible but who have gotten a TRO from a friendly state court have been able to play.

Let's be real here...

If Chambliss played for Bama, OSU, Mich, or another media darling, he would have gotten the YES by now.

Ole Miss made the best possible OC hire to keep things going. John David Baker. He's had real success at ECU on his own as OC since working previously under Lane and Ole Miss a couple of years ago. It'll be the same system essentially.

It doesn’t matter if he plays or not. We’re still gonna beat’em.

They can't. He has already sued them.

It would have been the smart move to sue him first to choose a jurisdiction that is more favorable to the NCAA, like in Indianapolis.

Not really. Do you think the NCAA usually has some sort of bias towards Ole Miss?
