In order to compare we'd have to see a film of her speaking when she has had nothing to drink. If she is clear, cogent, insightful and pesuasive then it would be a sign of sobriety. But since that articulate clip does not exist then I'd conclude that she starts drinking immediately upon waking up every day.

she at least recognized whatever she was saying was not getting any reaction so she pivoted back to housing which had nothing to do with the original though. She's like a beauty contestant without the beauty.
