Hearing we have a little interest in Dalton Knecht .... and that OKC could use some post help - Thunder Digest says they might through a couple of seconds and maybe Ousmane at NOP for Looney.

I would take it.

Have a wonderful trade day, folks !

with this franchise, it's always best to have no expectations

Hopefully we trick someone in taking Poole off our hands and not give up a bunch to do it.

If anything, it will be underwhelming. My money is on no unless there’s a salary dump to make.

If we move GTA today, it's a clear indication we are going on a youth movement. My bet is that we do.

We will play Zion heavily for the remainder of the season (to rehabilitate his current miniscule trade value), feature 3M3, and hope that DM will show well when he returns. Then we will dump those three and go into a full-blown OKC-like rebuild in the offseason (before the draft).

Welcome to the Jeremiah Fears Era. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Sidenote: I would be surprised if we didn't do something today because they really want to open up a roster spot for Bryce McGowens. They want to get him now as he is being courted heavily by other teams. He's averaging almost 30 points a night in Birmingham.

Poole might cooperate on a stable franchise and be productive.

That’s not this organization.

We all hope some type of move to get us on a better trajectory could be made, but we also know we’re going to get fleeced because poverty/development/have not franchises have no leverage with the elite haves. This sucks.

The only way I see anyone taking Poole is if we attach a first-round pick to the deal, which would be another terrible idea.
